Make sure location services are enabled for LAPP:
Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Lapp → “Always” or “While Using the App”. Other tips:
Restart your iPhone completely.
Close other apps that use location (like Strava).
Turn off Low Power Mode.
Delete and reinstall LAPP (your subscription will remain active, but saved sessions will be lost).
